Extreme Team:

A 6 week strength conditioning class, Extreme Team offers the ladies of The Club a chance to get in the weight room and learn how to lift correctly under the direction of our knowledgeable training staff.

Seasonal Programs:

This isn't the kind of place where you feel like you're on display, or anyone else is.  It's not the least bit intimidation.

I used to dread working out.  Now I dread missing a workout.

I had lost my motivation to move forward with my workouts.  I discovered a whole new social group of people with like interests and have increased my running and skiing experiences in the past yea.  My fitness has greatly improved and I've had a great time.

I thought I was too old to make any fitness gains, let alone fit in at a gym.  The Club's classes have changed my body and my attitude.  I look forward to every session and find that I have little gains every month that I attend.
